工作职责 Responsibilities:
1.负责项目产品各阶段的品质保证,确保跨部门和客户的沟通协调;
Responsible for product quality assurance at all stages, ensure cross-departmental and customer communication and coordination;
2.负责量产阶段品质异常的处理及分析;
Responsible for handling and analyzing quality anomalies in mass production.
3.结合部门沟通和客户要求,负责拟定项目产品质量标准和培训;
Based on departmental communication and customer requirements, responsible for setting up the product quality standards and training;
4.负责处理客户投诉及售后品质问题的沟通和反馈;
Responsible for dealing with customer complaints and the communication and feedback of after - sales quality issues;
5.负责审批各类客户质量报告及品质分析报告,跟踪改正措施的落实和实施情况;
Responsible for reviewing and approving all kinds of customer quality reports and quality analysis reports, tracking the implementation of corrective measures;
6.负责制定本部门的工作目标、计划,并及时组织实施、指导、协调、监督及控制;
Setting up the working targets and plan, and timely organize to implementation, guidance, coordination, supervision and control;
7.完成上级领导交代的其他事宜。
Follow up the work assigned by superior.
任职资格 Requirements:
1.本科学历及以上,理工科背景;
Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background.
2.五年以上制造业经验,三年以上客户质量管理经验;
More than 5-year manufacturing working experience, including 3 years in customer quality management experience;
3.有良好的英文听说读写能力;
Good English skill in written and spoken English;
4.较强的客户商务沟通及客户关系维持技能。
Good abilities in business communication and customer relationship maintenance.
