质量控制经理

工作职责 Job responsibilities:
1.负责解决制程过程中产品质量异常，对产品质量异常进行分析，追踪及处理，并进行效果确认；
Responsible for solving the abnormal product quality in the process, analyzing, tracking and processing the abnormalities, and confirming the effect;
2.跟进产品品质状况及安排抽查工作，监督指导产品质量检验工作；
Follow up the product quality and arrange the spot check, supervise and guide the inspection for product quality.
3.负责仪器，量具，实验设备的管理工作；
Responsible for the management of instruments, measuring tools and experimental equipment.
4.负责产品从样品到量产整个生产过程的质量控制，通过质量测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量；
Responsible for quality control of the whole production process from sample to mass production, improve product quality through quality testing, control and process improvement.
5.针对客户投诉的质量问题，提出内部改善措施及方案，跟进并实施;
Put forward the internal improvement measures and plans for quality problems complained by customers, followed up and implemented them.
6.制定与产品品质相关的检验标准与体系文件；
Set the inspection standards and system documents related to product quality
7.完成上级交代的其他工作。
Follow up the other task assigned by superior.

岗位要求 Requirements：
1.本科以上学历；
Above bachelor degree or above;
2. 5年以上工作经验，拥有3年以上品质管理、团队管理等相关经验；
At least 5-year working experience with more than 3-year quality management, team
management and other related experience.
3.良好的英语听说读写能力；
Good written and spoken English.
4.知悉ISO、HACCP等体系的推行；
Know to carry out the ISO, HACCP system.
5.有良好的组织协调和表达能力，执行能力强;
Well ability of organizing and coordinating as well as the execution skill.
6.有玻璃容器行业经验的优先考虑。
Experience in glass container industry is preferred.
